On a Sunday morning of April 2010, I decided to walk down Washington Heights Street and go to the Empire Fulton Ferry Water Taxi Landing Pier. The scenery was pretty incredible. A thick fog was covering the entire city. Usually, the view of the Wall Street skyline can be enjoyed from there. I watched a tugboat passing by the brooklyn Bridge, with its pillar emerging from the white fog.
